"There's something so beautiful about helping couples find their way back to each other."

I am a certified relationship coach and co-founder of Marriage Pinnacle — a community built to help couples grow strong, healthy, lasting love. Through honest conversation, practical tools, and faith-based guidance, I help couples break cycles of miscommunication and rediscover the connection that brought them together in the first place.

My coaching style blends compassion with clarity. I believe love isn't about perfection — it's about presence, growth, and grace. My hope is that every session feels like a place where you can breathe, be honest, and learn how to love each other better.

— BEFORE YOU BOOK —

Is coaching right for you?

Coaching might be right for you if you love each other, but feel stuck in the same patterns — unsure how to move forward. It's designed for couples who want to communicate better, feel closer, and learn practical ways to reconnect, without judgment or pressure.

— COACHING IS FOR YOU IF

You love each other — and feel stuck.

You're not looking to dig through every wound. You're looking for tools, language, and a path forward that you can use this week.

You keep having the same argument and you're done
You want practical tools, not therapy-speak
You're ready to grow together, on purpose
You want a safe space without judgment or pressure
You want to communicate better and feel closer
— COACHING VS. THERAPY

Different lens. Different job.

Coaching focuses on the present and the future — it helps you learn new tools, shift habits, and take action right now. Therapy often looks into the past to heal trauma.

Present + future focused, not past-excavating
Practical tools you apply between sessions
Habit shifts and skill-building
Both partners working as teammates
A complement to therapy — not a replacement

If you're ready to understand each other on a deeper level, coaching can help you start that journey today.

Grow together. Build a relationship that feels more connected and secure. The first session is where it starts.

THE LOVE ELEVATED METHOD

Three phases. One climb.

A clear structure for the work — so you always know where you are, what's next, and why this season is what it is. We move through the phases at your pace.

i.
— PHASE ONE —

Resolving resentments.

We utilize a research-backed communication tool to work through each resentment that has built up throughout your relationship — without rehashing, without ranking, without one partner becoming "the problem."

ii.
— PHASE TWO —

Building marriage skills.

We teach you nine practical marriage tools that strengthen connection, communication, and intimacy — the skills nobody handed you at the altar, with scripts and practice built in.

iii.
— PHASE THREE —

The love buckets.

Once we reach Phase 3, we learn how to remain accountable to each other and address conflicts before they turn into resentments. The rhythm becomes yours.

— RELATIONSHIP COACHING SERVICES —

Love Elevated. Choose your pace.

Sessions run 50 minutes, weekly. Bundles build momentum and give us the time to actually move through the phases together. Reach out and we'll talk through which fits.

A NOTE FROM MEMI

Sessions are most productive when done on a weekly basis — so session packages will expire two to four months after purchase, depending on the package you choose. The rhythm is part of the work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

How a coaching relationship
begins.

Four steps from "should we do this?" to "we have language for this now."

— STEP ONE —

The free consult

A no-pressure 20-minute call. You tell me where you are. I tell you what fits — including if coaching isn't the right next step right now.

— STEP TWO —

Choose your container

A bundle, an intensive, or a single session. We'll match the size of the work to where you actually are — and what you have room for.

— STEP THREE —

The climb

We meet weekly. Each session has a focus, a tool, and a small piece of "homework" — but not the kind you dread. The kind you'll actually use.

— STEP FOUR —

The rhythm

Coaching ends when you have a rhythm you trust on your own. Accountability check-ins are available any time you want a tune-up.

— READY TO BEGIN —

Start with a free consult.

Twenty minutes on the phone or Zoom — together or separately. We'll talk about where you are, what you've tried, and whether Love Elevated is the right next step. No pressure, no pitch.

You're not alone, and I'm cheering for your relationship every step of the way.

— WHAT YOU'LL GET —

One conversation, zero pressure.

The consult is a real conversation — not a sales call. By the end, you'll know what direction makes sense, even if that direction isn't with me.

A few things people ask.

Is this therapy?
+
No — and that's a good thing to be clear about. Coaching focuses on the present and the future. It helps you learn new tools, shift habits, and take action to build a stronger relationship right now. Therapy often looks into the past to heal trauma. Many couples do both; they're not in competition.
What if only one of us is ready?
+
Bring yourself. Coaching works even when one partner starts ahead of the other — and honest, you're not the first person to walk in solo. We'll do real work together either way, and your partner is always welcome to join when they're ready.
Is coaching faith-based?
+
It can be. My approach blends honest conversation, practical tools, and faith-based guidance when it's welcomed. If faith isn't part of your relationship, the tools still work — we lead with what fits your home.
Why weekly?
+
Sessions are most productive on a weekly cadence — it's tight enough to build momentum and gives you something to practice in between. Session packages expire two to four months after purchase depending on the package, which keeps the rhythm honest.
